Returns, Limited Warranty and Terms & Conditions of Sale

The Return Policy, Limited Warranty, Warranty Disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in these Terms & Conditions of Sale shall apply to all sales made hereunder.


BlazinLED is the exclusive third-party distributor of “NextLight Pro Series” and “NextLight Home Series” products (effective 5/17/2022). BlazinLED distributes authentic “NextLight Pro Series” and “NextLight Home Series” products. BlazinLED backs these products with a 5 Year Limited Warranty. BlazinLED is NOT Nextlight LLC and therefore cannot honor Nextlight LLC existing warranty claims, including “NextLight Commercial Series Warranties”. 

  1. Returns - BlazinLED honors a 14 Day Return Policy based on the condition below:

  • A 25% restocking fee may apply to any return claim.

  • Customer is responsible for paying return shipping to BlazinLED.

  • Product must be unused and in its original carton, FREE of customer misuse (shipping damage, VOC spray, rewiring or submersion).

  1. BlazinLED - 5 Year Limited Warranty  

BlazinLED shall honor a 5 Year Limited Warranty on new “Nextlight Pro Series” and “NextLight Home Series” light fixtures sold through their distribution provided the following:

Warranty Claims are applicable to products considered defective in material or workmanship only if a product is deemed unusable or renders the product with a total of 20% or more of the individual LED diode array failing to illuminate. BlazinLED honors a 1 Year Limited Warranty to any “NextLight Control Pro” or “NextLight Adapt Pro” sold through their distribution, considered defective in material or workmanship.

BlazinLED may attempt to assist customers with pre-existing warranty issues (products not sold by BlazinLED, Purchased through NextLight LLC) on a case by case basis.


Purchaser must:

  • Maintain or show proof of Original purchaser/receipt - non transferable.

  • FREE of customer misuse (shipping damage, VOC spray, rewiring or submersion).

  • Pay for shipping to BlazinLED.

  • Provide Items in original packaging or similarly secured and shipped.

  • Customers must register products with BlazinLED within 30 days of purchase date.

BlazinLED will pay for return shipment provided the following:

  • Customer Registers account and product with BlazinLED.

  • Customer ships registered products to BlazinLED in original or similar packaging. 

  • Pending receipt of product and RMA Approval - BlazinLED will Repair or replace with parts or may send customer parts and instructions to fix themselves. I.e. cord replacement, driver replacement,  etc.

Terms of Sale

BY PURCHASING FROM US, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.
